About
Founded by Egyptian Muslim immigrants in the early 1990s, The Halal Guys built their name serving generous platters of gyro meat, chicken, falafel, rice, and pita — all topped with that famous white sauce and optional fiery hot sauce. The food is simple, filling, fast, and most importantly: 100% halal.
This location is the original cart that put halal street food on the global map. Whether you're a local, tourist, student, or cab driver on a break — chances are you’ve either heard of it or waited in line for it.
Expect long lines, especially at night — but the wait is worth it. The cart runs late into the night, making it a go-to spot after events, late work shifts, or just whenever the craving hits.

ZabihahSolid halal Mediterranean restaurant in . The shawarma plate was very good. Would give 5 stars once they expand seating — it gets crowded on weekends. Worth the wait though.

Amazing food and great service. The fact that it's halal certified gives us peace of mind. The grilled chicken was outstanding. Will definitely be coming back with the family. Parking is easy too.

Our go-to spot for Afghan food. Everything we've tried has been excellent. The butter chicken is our favorite. Clean restaurant, fast service, and genuinely halal. Highly recommend. Parking is easy too.
