Mission
The mission of Rapid City Islamic Center / Mosque is to establish the practice of Islam in the lives of its members, to please Allah (Subhanahu wa ta’ala), through adherence to the teachings of the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him). It will provide a place of worship, an Islamic environment for individuals and families, authentic Islamic education, da’wah programs (outreach programs) for proper understanding of Islam, a source of reference, and a support system for the community. Another important objective is to promote better relations and understanding of Islam among non-Muslims and to remove misconceptions about Islam and Muslims from their minds

Been praying here for years and it only gets better. Recent renovations made the prayer hall beautiful. The community iftar during Ramadan is a highlight. We'll be back for sure.

MashaAllah, wonderful masjid. The sisters' section is spacious and well-maintained. Regular halaqas and weekend Islamic school for the kids. Highly recommend for families new to . Alhamdulillah for places like this.

Solid masjid in . Regular prayer times, decent facilities. The khutbahs are informative. Could use some updates to the wudu area but overall a good experience.

This masjid has become our family's home. Clean wudu areas, good parking, and the community events bring everyone together. May Allah bless the volunteers who keep this place running. We'll be back for sure.
